Alongside this, you’ll lead influencer outreach and manage both organic and paid collaborations, helping to grow awareness of the Hovia brand worldwide. This is a creative, hands‑on role for someone with a proven track record in content creation and social media growth. You'll have the confidence to manage budgets, negotiate influencer partnerships, and work collaboratively across marketing and design to deliver campaigns that raise the bar. What you’ll be doing Social Media Management & Content Creation
Own and manage Hovia’s social media channels end‑to‑end, from content planning through to posting, scheduling, and community engagement. Create high‑quality content across formats including Reels, TikToks, Pinterest pins and static graphics (proficiency in Canva required). Manage our UGC platform (Cevoid), ensuring influencer and customer content is curated and repurposed effectively. Engage with our community daily, including replying to comments and DMs, and actively engaging with followers to grow brand advocacy. Refine and evolve our social strategy to grow followers, boost engagement, and build brand awareness across all markets.
Influencer Partnerships
Identify, build, and manage influencer relationships to grow brand visibility across multiple target international markets. Lead on gifting collaborations, and paid influencer campaigns, ensuring ROI is tracked and delivered. Manage budgets for influencer partnerships and report on campaign performance. Work closely with design and marketing teams to create on‑brand, visually compelling content (including behind the scenes and on‑location shoots). Support integrated campaigns across social, blog, email, PR, and e‑commerce channels. Ensure influencer and UGC content is effectively repurposed across platforms.
Analysis & Reporting
Report on social and influencer activity, turning insights into future improvements. Report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns using relevant KPIs, where possible establishing a positive ROI, and utilising UTM tracking. Monitor competitor activity and trends to keep Hovia ahead of the curve.
What we’re looking for
2+ years’ experience in a social media or influencer marketing role. Strong portfolio of content creation across social channels, with hands‑on experience using Canva. Confidence on both sides of the camera! Experience managing paid influencer collaborations and budgets. Excellent copywriting skills and a strong eye for design and on‑brand visuals. Knowledge of social media and influencer management tools. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with confidence in negotiations. Highly organised and proactive, able to balance multiple campaigns and priorities. Passion for interior design and awareness of current lifestyle and digital trends. 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to carry over or purchase additional holiday.
