Professional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong copy-writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels: SEO, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, Customer Retention
• Proficiency with analytics tools, especially Google Analytics
• Experience with SEO analysis
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Mid-level advertising and marketing experience
• Effective communication skills with clients and team members

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients on social media matters, providing strategic advice
• Develop insight-led social media plans based on audience research
• Assist in planning and creating new business pitches
• Develop the agency's social media offerings
• Provide content development recommendations and execute strategies
• Produce marketing materials and manage social media channels
• Manage company newsletter and property events
• Participate in client meetings and develop the company brand
• Coordinate professional photography and support new business initiatives
• Maintain client relationships and manage databases
• Research and utilize social media tools and analytics dashboards
• Communicate project updates and results to team and management
• Collaborate with team members to meet client goals
