The Role


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads and increase customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product development and sales objectives.
  • Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences and supports brand messaging.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.


What we're looking for:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a social media/content creator role, with a track record of successful lead generation and brand building.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
