We’re looking for a Shopper Marketing Specialist (W/M) to join our team and become the key marketing point of contact for our retail partners and/or brand store.

Location: Based near Camberley, UK
Mobility: Willingness to travel is essential – a valid driving licence is required.

Your missions : 

  • Act as the marketing liaison for strategic retail partners and internal teams.
  • Deliver compelling seasonal presentations to customers, showcasing activation programs.
  • Analyze shopper journeys and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with Sales to build tailored customer plans and co-op campaigns.
  • Own and implement Joint Marketing Plans and Shopping Experience Frameworks.
  • Develop ° seasonal activation plans with a strong focus on online presence.
  • Execute shopper marketing programs across on- and offline channels.
  • Manage DC and partner marketing plans using dedicated toolboxes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of brand and product assets to retail partners.
  • Track performance-based trade terms and consumer experience metrics.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for branded spaces and campaign execution.
  • Support digital activation for click-and-brick accounts in collaboration with e-tail teams.
  • Lead retail marketing initiatives including pop-ups, window programs, and promotions.
  • Contribute to trade events such as Buying Days, Showrooms, and Trade Shows.
  • Produce insightful reports with actionable recommendations linked to KPIs and ROI.
  • Collaborate with HQ and EMEA teams, sharing feedback and best practices.
  • Qualifications

    Essential Skills & Experience

  • / years shopper/trade marketing experience in leading branded consumer goods in FMCG or leading Sporting Goods
  • Experience in working directly with accounts and sports industry experience are a plus.

  • Desired Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Business with focus on marketing preferred.
  • Languages: English Fluency.
  • IT: command of Microsoft Office, graphic/ design programs are a plus
