Role Shopper Marketing Manager Location: London, UK Working: Hybrid Now, Let’s Get Down to Business We’re looking for an outstanding Shopper Marketing Manager to join the team and bring our well-loved brands to life in store and online with our Retail partners. Your goal will be to ensure that our shopper initiatives deliver in-store excellence to ultimately win the point of purchase moment. You will create and implement activation plans that drive business growth consistently with the overall UK strategy. Responsibilities
Activation Planning: Deliver a winning programme of initiatives across the portfolio of brands, including support for NPD launches. Voice of the Customer: Use insight data and knowledge of the trade channel and customers to create relevant and effective activation plans. Excellence in Execution: Ensure campaigns align with brand and customer guidelines. Evaluation: Review initiative success, focusing on ROI and continuous improvement. Ways of Working: Champion and communicate shopper activation plans to internal teams. Customer Meetings: Develop relationships with retailer marketing contacts and agencies. Management of Retail Media Partners and Suppliers: Direct and manage agencies and suppliers with clear SLAs and KPIs. Budget Management: Manage a portion of the marketing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and ROI.
Qualifications
Business Graduate calibre or equivalent. Experience in Shopper Marketing. Experience working directly with retailers and sales teams. Understanding of the UK market and key channels; personal care industry knowledge is a bonus. Experience managing BTL, design, and third-party agencies. Proven budget management and prioritisation skills. Consumer/shopper insight-driven approach. Strong influencing, initiative, and communication skills. Team player with a track record of success and project management experience. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
