You’ll create compelling omni-channel campaigns that deliver a triple win for, customers, and shoppers, acting as an external brand champion and trusted partner to key retail accounts. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to deliver best-in-class shopper marketing programs, including the development of in-store equipment, digital assets, and cardboard solutions. You’ll be responsible for tracking and optimising your budget, evaluating campaign ROI and KPIs, and contributing to strategic stretch plans that enhance performance and share of voice in the market.Requirements:Worked within a Shopper Marketing role within FMCGStrong understanding of UK retailersAble to demonstrate good cross functional relationshipsDemonstrates good internal influencing skillsSalary: Up to £60,000 plus benefits, including Company car or allowance, bonus, etcLocation: Hybrid working.
