Service Maintenance Marketing Manager – Elekta
Responsible for designing and executing global marketing strategies for Elekta’s maintenance service portfolio, including the flagship Elekta Care Service Agreements. This role drives customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue while ensuring the maintenance offering’s positioning, pricing, and go‑to‑market plans are aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform new maintenance service concepts.
- Develop new service introductions: build business cases, assess opportunities, and evaluate customer needs.
- Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution for new services, including global launch plans, messaging, and sales enablement.
- Define and articulate a compelling vision for the global maintenance service portfolio.
- Oversee entitlements (uptime, spare parts, support, remote) across the entire service lifecycle, ensuring consistent value delivery.
- Manage positioning and pricing strategies, adapting to diverse markets and customer segments.
- Ensure market readiness through the New Service Introduction (NSI) process, including deliverable completion and knowledge transfer.
- Drive service contract renewals, point‑of‑sale initiatives, and loyalty programs.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR) to promote service offerings and drive engagement.
- Create sales tools and collateral to support the sales team in communicating service value.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise for regional marketing activities and co‑strategize programs with regional teams.
- Translate the converged service portfolio strategy into defined service products and offerings, partnering with category, product, and service delivery leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3‑5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a proven track record managing service (maintenance) portfolios.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, customer journey mapping, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent downstream marketing skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional, global teams.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; self‑motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
