Responsibilities

  • Support SEO implementation across our websites following specific guidelines
  • Update and maintain project management tools and performance tracking systems
  • Create visually appealing content and marketing materials using Canva and other design tools
  • Update dashboards with performance data and assist with regular reporting and analytics
  • Support multimedia strategy implementation (photos, videos) for digital campaigns
  • Help organise and promote in-person and online events through digital channels
  • Develop knowledge of our subject areas to contribute to metadata and technical optimisation
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure digital assets align with our brand messaging

  • Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field
  • Understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation techniques
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Analytical mindset with ability to understand and interpret basic performance metrics
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
  • Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Desire to learn and grow within a structured marketing environment
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimisation principles
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com preferred)
  • Knowledge of healthcare or mental health sectors
  • Proficiency in image editing software
