Role OverviewSenior Specialist, Brand Marketing Campaigns — McLaren RacingMcLaren Racing’s Brand Marketing team translates strategy into campaigns and activations that build our brand, engage fans and deliver impact for our partners. The Senior Specialist will support the Head of Brand Marketing to develop and deliver major brand marketing campaigns that drive brand growth, engage fans and deliver on critical business outcomes.The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team across McLaren Racing, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and align with the brand’s strategic priorities.Role DimensionsCampaign Execution & Project Management (60%)Concept Development & Campaign Planning (30%)Commercials, Partnerships & Licensing (10%)Principle AccountabilitiesDeliver key campaign moments in the marketing calendar, ensuring consistency across multiple race series.Support planning of the annual marketing calendar and longer-term brand marketing strategy.Apply efficient project management principles: run project groups, govern project plans and ensure delivery from cross-functional teams against timelines.Build multi-channel campaign plans considering the full consumer journey and all touchpoints.Develop high-quality creative briefs for the Brand Creative Studio to ensure clear understanding of objectives and execution of creative materials.Manage third-party agencies and production partners as required.Knowledge, Skills and ExperiencesProven experience in the sports industry.Experience with elite sports organisations is an advantage.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Proven experience applying project management to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns.Confidence presenting to stakeholders at all levels.Solid understanding of the sports marketing landscape and passion for brand storytelling.Knowledge of digital marketing and paid media.Strong experience in content marketing, including briefing, planning and executing content shoots.Experience with events or experiential marketing.Excellent collaboration skills to unite multiple stakeholders around shared brand goals.Experience working with high-profile talent is desirable.What McLaren OffersWe strive to be better tomorrow and aim to be the most pioneering and exhilarating racing team in the world.
