You'll lead the charge in shaping and delivering NEOM's marketing strategy and go-to‑market plans across key third‑party channels, including Wholesale, e‑tail, QVC, and Amazon, partnering with iconic retailers such as ULTA, John Lewis, and Boots. What You Will Do

Develop and execute customer marketing strategies across Third Party Retail, Amazon, QVC, and e‑tail to meet commercial and brand KPIs. Own the go‑to‑market process for product launches and brand campaigns, ensuring full integration and impact across NEOM's retail/digital partners. Deliver tailored marketing activations, through strategic JBP and visual merchandising across partner channels, aligned to the global marketing calendar and channel‑specific KPIs. Support international expansion and strategic partnerships in the UK, EU, and US, including ULTA and other top‑tier accounts. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand, CRM, PR, and Commercial teams to deliver standout brand moments and shopper communications. Manage one direct report and build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships across key accounts, and internally with commercial team counterparts. Oversee channel marketing budgets and use performance insights to optimise future investment and strategy.

Requirements

10+ years' experience in shopper marketing, ideally within luxury, beauty, or wellness sectors. Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in translating brand campaigns into impactful retail and e‑tail executions. Deep understanding of customer journeys across wholesale, Amazon, e‑tail, and TV shopping (e.g. QVC). Skilled in toolkit development and visual merchandising from concept to execution. Experience managing budgets and driving ROI across third‑party partnerships. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing stakeholders and one direct report. Strategic and operational thinker, balancing creativity with commercial impact in fast‑paced environments. Highly collaborative, with a track record of aligning internal teams, agencies, and external partners. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to influence across the business. Confident brand ambassador, capable of leading strategic marketing discussions and representing NEOM's values externally.
