Purpose of the job:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Senior Project Manager to lead, co-ordinate and successfully deliver the Marketing and Communications workstreams of a much larger business transformation project which will see the business migrate to a new Priority Pass app globally over the next 12 months.

This role ensures the alignment of brand strategy with business objectives, oversees internal cross-functional collaboration and third-party agencies, manages risk tracking and dependencies, and is responsible for providing visibility, reporting and delivery oversight across the marketing workstream and reporting performance into the larger business transformation project.

The Senior Project Manager will work closely with the VP of Channel Communications, VP of Corporate Marketing as well as marketing experts responsible for client, partner and consumer marketing and our communications agency to ensure the timely delivery of a Communications strategy and master set of assets and materials that support transitional comms for these audiences in line with business objectives, key milestones and client migration deadlines.
