Overview

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to support the growth of TransUnion’s Identity & Fraud Solutions into new and existing vertical markets. The role focuses on developing key go‑to‑market strategies, managing product launches, positioning, competitive analysis, marketing collateral, sales tools and content to achieve revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead go‑to‑market strategy for new product launches and initiatives, collaborating with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure organizational readiness and revenue achievement.
  • Set product marketing objectives for portfolio areas that align with key business goals.
  • Serve as the product portfolio subject matter expert, with deep knowledge of products, features, personas, market drivers, trends and competitive insight.
  • Conduct market research to reinforce positioning and GTM strategies.
  • Present in front of senior stakeholders, delivering product demonstrations and training sessions for internal audiences.
  • Develop compelling and quantifiable value propositions and product messaging for go‑to‑market activities across multiple portfolios.
  • Deliver tailored enablement and client‑facing content—value stories, case studies, sales materials and tools—and competitive insights.
  • Track key performance indicators to monitor and enhance product marketing effectiveness, using metrics and data.

Qualifications

  • Experience in content creation and copywriting.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Problem‑solving and strategic thinking.
  • Analytical and research skills.
  • Creativity.
  • Industry knowledge in Credit and/or Marketing Solutions (advantageous).
  • 5+ years in a product marketing or marketing role.
  • Fraud & ID industry marketing/product marketing qualifications preferred.
