You don't need to have been a specific 'Product Marketing Manager' before, but you need to have been a Marketing Manager or a specialist with a very heavy product marketing lean ideally... with a good degree of influence in your current position.
The role will own marketing for a product range which is established and extremely successful, and the products themselves benefit the lives of millions of children worldwide.

The business in question is hugely established, and a leader in its field. They're a team into their hundreds and operate on a global scale. They're synonymous with every product area they touch, and have massive budgets to work with, so this genuinely will give the opportunity of growth to the right candidate with a vast amount of visibility across the whole business.
Ideally you'll apply if you have:
- 5+ years’ experience in product marketing, audience marketing, or brand strategy, ideally within a compliance-focused sector of sorts.
- Demonstrated success in launching and growing B2B products in the B2B space, with experience working with schools, trusts, and safeguarding if possible.
- Proven track record of delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, paid, content, events, and direct marketing.
- Experience managing and influencing cross‑functional teams, driving alignment between Product, Sales, Customer Operations, and marketing functions.
- Comfortable working at pace in a complex, fast‑moving environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding compliance, policies, and challenges faced by schools and trusts in the UK and internationally.
- Knowledge of school operations, including behaviour, attendance, parent engagement, and individual learning plan management.
- Familiarity with go‑to‑market planning for integrated technology solutions and subscription models.
- Solid understanding of brand marketing, lifecycle marketing, and measurement of campaign performance and ROI.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Looker, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms if possible
Skills:
- Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and messaging development skills, with the ability to translate complex safeguarding and child solutions into clear, compelling narratives.
- A strategic thinker with strong organisational, planning, and campaign management skills.
- Data‑driven and commercially minded, with a test‑and‑learn approach to driving growth and retention.
