Overview
We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, where you will take a leading role in shaping and delivering the marketing strategy for products and services for 3 – 14-year-olds to a global audience. We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.
About the role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager in our Product and Propositions Marketing team, you will be the voice of our customers and stakeholders worldwide, championing products and services designed for children aged 3 to 14 years. You will lead the strategic planning and execution of compelling marketing initiatives that attract, engage, and grow our global customer base.
As a key influencer, you will shape how we present our newly integrated product offerings to a global audience.
What you will be doing
- Collaborating across Global Marketing and Products & Services to create impactful, customer-first campaigns, always advocating for our customers' needs
- Leading end-to-end marketing and communication activities—from concept to delivery
- Equipping our Regional Marketing and Business Development teams with the tools they need to drive engagement
- Managing and mentoring a talented team of two

About you
You will be an experienced marketing professional with a strategic mindset and a deep knowledge of International Education. You will understand the nuances of a diverse global customer base and know how to build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across regions.
You will have the ability to think creatively, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively, making you a natural team player. You will bring initiative and a solutions-focused approach to everything you do.
With proven experience in leading marketing projects end-to-end, you will be confident managing complexity and driving results. You will be an inspiring people manager, ready to lead and develop a small team.
