We’re doing this through a combination of cloud-based software and consultative customer support that empowers arts organisations to grow revenue, increase efficiency, and build stronger relationships with audiences. We are always looking for new ways to approach problems, share knowledge, and better serve our customers. You’d be joining a team of over 260, based across our New York, London and Manchester offices and working with over 750 arts organisations in North America, the UK and Australia & New Zealand.

The role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product and Partner Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our product portfolio and key strategic partnerships. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with the product, the partner ecosystem, sales, and client success teams, as well as external partners, to drive adoption, awareness, and growth. This position is full time exempt.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and understands how to translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling value propositions. This role is expected to spend about 70% of its time and attention on product marketing and 30% on partner marketing.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Accountable for: Product Marketing
  • Crafting the go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and major platform updates.
  • Developing and distributing messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences across personas and segments.
  • The production and distribution of sales enablement tools such as battlecards, product one-pagers, pitch decks, and competitive analyses.
  • Collaborating with product managers to articulate user benefits of Spektrix technical capabilities.
  • Ensuring product pages, solution content, and collateral on the website and other channels is up to date.
To deliver on these accountabilities, this role will be responsible for:
  • Drafting and communicating the go-to-market product communications and marketing strategy.
  • Understanding the unique value proposition of Spektrix and how it helps to solve client pain points, and articulating those benefits clearly.
  • Collaborating with the sales and client success teams to ensure two-way communication and feedback, so user needs are translated into product communications.
  • Collaborating with the design, web, and content teams to ensure the appropriate materials are created and shared with sales and CS, and to create client stories, product videos, and thought leadership.
  • Project managing the rollout of new features and products from a marketing and communications standpoint.
Accountable for: Partner Marketing
  • Effective joint marketing programs launched in collaboration with strategic partners, including co-branded campaigns, events, webinars, and case studies.
  • Creating and distributing partner enablement materials to help partners understand, market, and sell the joint value proposition.
  • Managing partner communications and performance metrics to measure the impact of partner marketing efforts.
  • Ensuring partners are up-to-date on the latest Spektrix product offerings and how they synergize with partner technology.
  • Partnering with sales and client success to collect feedback, refine messaging, and guide product communications.
  • Identifying gaps in the product communication strategy and proposing fixes.
To deliver on these accountabilities, this role will be responsible for:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Creating and maintaining a communications cadence with partners in a tiered education system.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product adoption, campaign performance, partner-driven leads, and win rates.
  • Bringing creative ideas to the marketing team for execution and project managing their development.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in successful B2B SaaS product and/or partner marketing
  • Proven experience owning product launches or managing GTM strategies
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience working across time zones
  • Experience with channel or ecosystem marketing
  • Background in working with APIs, integrations, or technical partner solution

Working from home

We aim to be as flexible as possible when it comes to working setups and lots of our team work from home on a regular basis. This means we generally work with a “remote first” approach even when we are in the office.

We’ll provide reasonable support and all the hardware you need to get started, but we do require that you have the following already in place for a good home working set up:

  • A quiet working space at home where you can consistently take video calls without interruptions
  • An internet connection that supports your participation in video calls and access to our systems and service.

Travelling into your local office (commuting) is at your own expense with a stipend available, any travel for business (other than commuting) will be covered by Spektrix.
