Senior Performance Marketing Manager role at Adzuna. Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in office). Salary: £75,000 - £85,000.

You’ll join at a pivotal time as we expand internationally and integrate AI and new technology to transform how people find better, more fulfilling jobs. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll manage a small team and oversee significant marketing budgets, blending hands-on optimisation with high-level strategic thinking to fuel sustainable growth, support LTV-based decision-making, and improve marketing efficiency globally.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale global paid marketing across Search, Display, App and new channels, from day-to-day campaign execution to long-term planning.
  • Set and own KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC and LTV. Forecast traffic, revenue and margin from paid media, and allocate budget accordingly.
  • Align acquisition strategy with company-wide goals and market-specific commercial objectives.
  • Own marketing reporting and insights across performance, revenue and user cohorts. Contribute to monthly, quarterly and trading reviews.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop automation, build growth infrastructure and test new ideas at scale.
  • Work closely with Finance on budget planning, ROI analysis and payback modelling.
  • Test and learn continuously, applying creative thinking, structured analysis and AI tools to unlock new growth.
  • Develop and mentor a growing team, building a high-performing culture of ownership and impact.
  • Maintain strong relationships and clear communication on investment strategy and territory growth with international teams.
  • Drive advertiser value by scaling quality traffic and ensuring Adzuna remains a key source of ROI for our partners.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on paid media strategy, sharing best practices across our London and Paris teams.
  • Collaborate with external partners (e.g. Google, Bing, Meta) to maximise efficiency and innovation in campaigns.
  • Join a fast-paced, exciting environment with milestones including US expansion and the acquisition of Paris-based Seiza to deepen AI and social media capabilities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 in a senior or leadership role
  • Proven success managing performance marketing in a large-scale affiliate, marketplace, or multi-category business
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Bing; experience with Meta, Snap, TikTok is a plus
  • Proficiency with the Google product suite, including Google Ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong understanding of the full performance funnel, including remarketing and audience segmentation
  • Comfortable with marketing analytics, attribution models, payback period and LTV modelling
  • Experience leading and developing a small team (1-2+ people)
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience working across multiple markets and datasets
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and creative problem-solving
  • Proficient in using AI tools to optimise performance, creative testing, and campaign efficiency
  • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and influencer across cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
