MacGregor Black is partnering with a confidential consumer brand on the search for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive. This is a permanent hybrid role, based 3 days per week in Glasgow.

As Senior Performance Marketing Executive, you will support the Head of Digital Growth, taking responsibility for campaign planning, optimisation, and reporting across international paid channels. You will work closely with creative, commercial, and agency teams to ensure campaigns deliver against growth and retention KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day performance marketing workflow, ensuring effective testing of creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and journeys.
  • Partner with the in-house creative studio to brief ads and establish channel best practices.
  • Stay ahead of paid channel trends, adapting strategies to new ad technologies and AI opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital Growth on budget planning and pacing.
  • Forecast trade performance across web, Amazon, and TikTok, and support rapid testing for new markets.
  • Manage and optimise international product feeds across multiple platforms.
  • Schedule and deliver paid campaigns for launches, promotions, collaborations, and partnerships.
  • Provide daily monitoring and optimisation of campaigns, mitigating risks and seizing opportunities.
  • Contribute to robust reporting frameworks using tools including Looker Studio, Meta Ad Manager, Google Ads, MerchantSpring, and TikTok Ad Manager.
  • Act as the key liaison with performance marketing agencies, ensuring successful execution and alignment with strategy.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in performance marketing with deep expertise across Meta, Google, Amazon, and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategy.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Previous experience in D2C, SME, or start-up environments beneficial.
  • Strong commercial understanding of performance metrics and ROI.
  • Excellent communicator, capable of building strong internal and external relationships.
