Own Paid Social, Paid Search, and Affiliate Marketing - delivering campaigns that excite as much as they convert. Lead across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads with fresh, forward-thinking ideas. Build partnerships and grow the affiliate program, keeping it premium and on-brand. Guide CRM activity that feels personal, engaging, and designed for loyalty. Keep an eye on culture, competition, and data - and turn insights into action.
What We Are Looking For
A Senior Performance Marketing Executive with 4+ years' experience in digital growth (e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle a bonus). Proven success scaling social and search campaigns, and confident managing affiliates. Fluent in CRM platforms (Klaviyo preferred) with a passion for lifecycle marketing. Commercially sharp, analytically strong, and always curious about what's next. A Performance Marketing Executive who blends strategy, creativity, and culture; and is excited to push performance marketing into fresh spaces.
