These initiatives are designed to boost lead generation, enable Channel sales and SEs, and promote Proofpoint solutions and brand through Distribution. The role also supports Partner groups such as EMEA Distributors & GSIs on a pan-EMEA level.Our ideal candidate will have experience in partner marketing across sales and marketing teams on an international level, with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to think Channel and be Customer-focused, and the capability to develop integrated channel marketing and sales programs that generate pipeline and accelerate sales. The position requires business-minded marketing with excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate with all levels across multiple EMEA countries. Programs and campaigns are created in English and translated into four other languages, so strong English writing and speaking skills are essential.Reporting into the Sr Director of Channel Marketing, EMEA, you will join a seasoned Channel Marketing team, collaborating with EMEA Regional Channel sales and marketing teams and the global Partner Program team to achieve joint business development goals.Your day-to-dayDevelop and manage integrated channel sales programs and lead-generation campaigns to support collaboration between regional Proofpoint teams and Partners’ teams, generate pipeline and accelerate sales closing, and increase sales frequency and average order value in the Mid-Market segment.Create packaged plays and campaigns for Field Marketing teams, coordinating and executing across regions.Manage the launch and rollout of EMEA Partner sales programs and marketing campaigns, working with regional sales teams and regional Marketing Managers.Measure and report results in collaboration with sales and marketing operations.Ensure end-to-end clarity of channel programs and campaigns: define goals, deliverables, production, translation, and launches.What you bring to the teamExperience planning, producing, and running international partner sales and marketing activities for large B2B organizations; ideally within Tech/SAAS. Cybersecurity experience is a plus.Proven ability to partner with sales, technical and marketing teams to create and execute integrated marketing programs.Strong teamwork mindset and customer service orientation for internal partners.Track record of delivering channel and partner marketing results with a field focus, B2B expertise and analytical mindset.Excellent English language written, verbal and presentation skills. Copywriting and presenting in English is required.
