OverviewSenior Marketing Strategy & GTM Manager role at Samsung Electronics UK. You will join the Brand & Go to Market team for the Consumer Electronics portfolio (TV, AV and Home Appliance category) and play a key role in leading launches and strategies with cross-functional alignment.Role And ResponsibilitiesLead European Marketing Strategy Development and act as the strategic think tank for CE products by developing data‑driven marketing strategies using diverse data sources (commercial performance, consumer insights, brand metrics, market trends, competitive analysis).Define strategic priorities for the EO Marketing team and align team objectives to regional deliverables.Establish the optimal EO channel mix and content strategy; formulate GTM execution plans with EO Marketing verticals.Translate Global HQ propositions into regional solutions tailored to European consumer needs; develop solutions to support subsidiaries in execution across communications and sales channels.Influence and optimise Global HQ launch strategies and marketing assets based on European insights; ensure outputs are data-grounded and regionally relevant.Lead the Go-to-Market (GTM) process for Home Appliances; act as central liaison between Suwon HQ, EO marketing channel leads, and 16 European subsidiaries.Lead and project manage end-to-end GTM planning and execution with clear roadmaps, responsibilities, deliverables, metrics, and timelines across partners.Ensure GTM plans cover the full cycle (launch → ramp-up → sustain) aligned with business goals and campaign strategies.Drive cross-functional collaboration, motivate teams, and ensure integrated, timely delivery across all launch phases.Governance & Implementation Monitoring: maintain governance over marketing plan execution across subsidiaries and track progress with transparency across regions.Build positive relationships with local markets to gain insight into local strategies and ensure compliance with approvals, guidelines, and campaign frameworks.Post-launch Evaluation & Best Practice Sharing: lead structured post-mortems, translate insights into actionable improvements, and scale best practices across Europe.Collaborate with local markets and cross-functional teams to gather takeaways from planning to ground execution; identify and scale standard processes that drive strong results.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing by aligning EO and HQ teams around performance insights and successful models.What We’re Looking For+12 years experience in marketing strategy, go-to-market, and project management—preferably in a regional or global capacity within a large corporate environment.Proven ability to manage complex product debuts and marketing campaigns across regions and departments.Outstanding project management skills with ability to define processes, coordinate timelines, and lead resource distribution across geographically dispersed teams.Strong critical thinking with deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.Natural relationship builder able to align partners at various levels, including HQ leadership and local subsidiaries.High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive consensus in a matrixed environment.Strong commercial acumen and creativity in aligning marketing strategies with business goals.Experience leading integrated marketing plans, coordinating with creative agencies and partner communications.Ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives to drive action.What Does Success Look Like?European category strategies are clearly defined and informed by robust consumer and market insights.Globally-developed campaigns are effectively localised for Europe and launch-ready across subsidiaries.Product launches and campaigns are driven on time and aligned to commercial and brand objectives.Cross-functional teams and subsidiaries are well-aligned with clear KPIs, timelines, and governance.Continuous performance evaluation and best-practice sharing drive improved effectiveness across Europe.Skills & QualificationsBenefitsHybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per weekBonus scheme linked to individual, team and company performanceCar allowancePension contributionThree volunteering days each year25 days holiday plus bank holidays and an additional day off for your birthdayDiscounts on Samsung products and access to a discounts portalA note on equal opportunitiesWe are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity.
