As our
Senior Marketing Strategist , you\'ll be the hands-on business brain behind client transformations. You’ll have experience of brand positioning and marketing alignment, you\'ll also concentrate on what truly matters: revenue growth, market expansion, and building scalable systems. This isn\'t about following a set playbook. Each client challenge is unique, and you\'ll have the freedom to develop solutions that fit. No micromanagement. No corporate red tape. Just you, your expertise, and clients who actively implement your recommendations. What you\'ll actually do (not just oversee)
Driver revenue strategy that works
Dissect business models to find the 20% of activities driving 80% of results Design go-to-market strategies for new segments, products, or geographies Engineer sales processes that predictably convert prospects into profitable customers Build retention strategies that turn one-time buyers into advocates Create systems that scale beyond you
Implement revenue operations frameworks that work without constant intervention Design dashboards that executives actually use to make decisions Build cross-functional processes that eliminate departmental silos Establish metrics that matter (not vanity numbers that look good in board decks) Advisory strength
Facilitate strategy sessions where real decisions get made (and actioned) Present insights that change minds and drive action Challenge assumptions respectfully but firmly Become the external voice of reason when internal politics cloud judgment Stay ahead of the curve
Spot market shifts before competitors do Translate emerging tech trends into commercial opportunities Share your insights through thought leadership that positions you as an expert What you bring to the table
The non-negotiables: 10 years+ in B2B, tech or SaaS marketing, or strategic consulting Track record of measurable commercial impact: increased ARR, reduced churn, improved margins, faster growth Experience presenting to and influencing C-level executives (not just reporting to them) Analytical mindset with the ability to find signals in the noise Hands-on mentality, you\'re not above rolling up your sleeves The technical skills: Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms and connectors (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc..) Comfortable with analytics tools and dashboards (Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Motomo, Power BI, Looker Studio, Supermetrics) Experience with AI tools for analysis and insights generation – ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google Gemini Knowledge of revenue operations principles and best practices The nice-to-haves that make you stand out: An understanding of AI workflows – Clay, n8n, vibe coding etc. International market entry experience (especially US or European expansion) An understanding of GTM Engineering Pricing strategy and revenue model optimization Experience in specific verticals Why this could be your best career move
