Our team is based in locations all around the world and we flourish with the impact we deliver to Expedia Group’s business.As the Senior Partner Marketing Specialist, you will be a key member of our Strategic Audiences Partner Marketing team that develops and implements our partner marketing strategy for Expedia Group’s Trips (Air, Car, Activities) partners, to increase engagement, and business growth. This role provides an excellent career growth opportunity, deepening your marketing and leadership skills with high profile travel partners.This position collaborates with many internal departments including Account Management, Strategy and Performance, Digital Operations, Creative, and Analytics teams to gather intelligence, define plans, and implement programs to increase partner engagement and success!What you\'ll doCollaborate with commercial team account managers and internal strategy teams globally to provide multi-channel marketing activities to drive engagement, business results and deepen relationships with our Car, Activities and Air partnersProvide solutions to drive messaging at scale to partnersCreate content relevant per audience, including global, regional and by partner segmentDrive partners to self-serve adoption and implement new streamlined processes where possible, to provide efficiencies for account management and partnersApply test and learn strategies to gain insights into what drives partner engagement and actionLeverage existing content and learnings from the broader Strategic Audiences Partner marketing team and provide input to team challenges and opportunitiesWork cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the correct marketing activity prioritization, alignment with other partner facing activities and emerging opportunitiesPartner with analytics and internal teams to measure the impact of our marketing activitiesWho you areBachelor’s in Marketing or Communications, Advertising or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience3+ years marketing experienceExperience developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and programs that engage B2B customers/partners - using a range of marketing activities and technologiesStrong written communication and visual storytellingHighly motivated individual who thrives when balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace with a strong bias for actionExceptional planning skills with a proven track record of consistently executing and producing results on timeSuccessfully navigate new or ambiguous situations in a globally matrixed organizationStrong campaign performance tracking and reportingAbility to work effectively across the organization with groups such as analytics, product and account management to build campaigns and programs to achieve business objectivesStrong data analysis and insight development skillsMessage Gears or Marketo email system experience a plusAccommodation requestsAccommodation requests.
