Do you enjoy crafting highly personalised, data-led communications that drive measurable business impact?Expedia Travel Partnerships and Advertising (TPA) builds and develops relationships with hotels and properties worldwide, constantly evolving our offerings to meet traveler demand.We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist, Lifecycle Marketing to help Expedia and its hotel partners grow their business by designing and scaling multi-channel lifecycle communications and strategies. The successful candidate will deliver timely, relevant, and personalised messages at scale, identify next-best-action opportunities, and help position Expedia as a best-in-class OTA partner.This is a hands-on, strategic role for a high-performing marketer who thrives in campaign development, leverages marketing technology to drive results, and ensures every program contributes to partner engagement, loyalty, and commercial growth.What You'll DoPartner with stakeholders across Expedia and hotel partner teams to design and implement a leading marketing communications platform and lifecycle strategy that drives partner engagement and business growth.Develop compelling business cases and strategic recommendations that clearly articulate objectives, benefits, costs, risks, and mitigation strategies for lifecycle programs.Lead the creation and execution of automated, personalized, multi-channel communications across the partner lifecycle, delivering relevant next-best-action opportunities at scale.Translate broader business and commercial objectives into specific, measurable program goals that drive both partner and Expedia success.Foster alignment between data science, product, analytics, revenue management, and marketing teams to ensure programs are informed by insights and deliver maximum impact.Partner with analytics and ARM teams to define, forecast, and report on key success metrics, continuously optimizing programs to grow partner revenue and loyalty.Experience4+ years in multi-channel CRM and lifecycle marketing, with 1+ years building complex, automated campaigns.2+ years using machine learning, data science models, and dynamic content to drive personalized communications at scale.B2B experience preferred; strong B2C automation experience also considered.Proven track record delivering sophisticated, partner-focused marketing programs.Deep knowledge of campaign management, demand creation, and lifecycle marketing.Hands-on with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and quick to adopt new technologies.Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience.Accommodation requestsIf you need assistance with any part of the application or recruiting process due to a disability, or other physical or mental health conditions, please reach out to our Recruiting Accommodations Team through the Accommodation Request.Expedia Group is committed to creating an inclusive work environment with a diverse workforce.
