Overview Senior Marketing Performance Manager (SEO & PPC) – Location: Bristol (on-site, full-time); Salary: £65,000 + strong benefits Harnham have partnered with an insurance organization that are seeking an ambitious and results-driven marketing professional to join their Bristol team as a Senior Marketing Performance Manager. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing impact of a diverse portfolio of fast-growing brands in insurance, finance, and property. Responsibilities

Lead SEO strategy across multiple brands, including technical audits, content optimisation, and authority building Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Ads) to generate leads and conversions Develop and execute brand campaigns to build awareness and credibility Manage campaign budgets with a focus on ROI Analyse and report performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and related tools Work collaboratively with design, content, and development teams to deliver effective campaigns Provide marketing integration support for new acquisitions Present campaign insights and recommendations to senior leadership

About You

Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing with proven expertise in SEO and PPC Proficient in Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and analytics platforms Track record of delivering ROI through digital campaigns Experience in both performance marketing and brand-building campaigns Strong communication and project management skills Commercially minded, with a focus on lead and growth Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, but relevant experience is valued more highly
