Senior Brand Marketing Manager – FTSE250 FinTech

Propel is partnering with a publicly traded, high-growth FinTech that’s redefining the world of trading. With 340,000+ customers using their mobile, web, and desktop platforms globally, they’re building a new kind of investing experience, from stocks and crypto to options and futures.

Now live in 16 regions and active in 18 countries, they’re scaling fast and they need a strategic, high-energy Senior Brand Marketing Manager to help fuel the next stage of growth.

This is your chance to take the reins on high-impact brand campaigns, shape full-funnel creative across channels, and bring sharp customer insight to life in ways that move the needle.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and deliver integrated brand campaigns from concept to execution
  • Shape the why behind campaigns, translating macro-trends and audience insight into smart creative
  • Collaborate across creative, performance, media and product to ensure campaigns are aligned, consistent, and connected
  • Lead campaign planning and project management across PR, digital, paid media, and content
  • Partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to build bold, insight-led creative
  • Apply a through-the-line mindset, ensuring brand shows up across every stage of the funnel
  • Support and mentor brand team members, helping to upskill and elevate the wider team

What they’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in high-paced, high-volume environments (think: scale-up, startup, or high-growth brand)
  • Strong understanding of investment, fintech, or personal finance, or a genuine interest in the space
  • Strategic thinker with a creative eye and a sharp grasp of customer psychology and market context
  • Experience running end-to-end campaigns across brand, media, and creative
  • Through-the-line mentality, confident moving from art direction to messaging to media mix
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to keep cross-functional teams aligned
  • Great people skills and emotional intelligence, you’ll need to work with pace, humour, and collaboration
  • Someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to pivot with purpose

Location: London-based | Hybrid: 3 days in-office
