Senior Marketing Manager UKI at CHEP. Ready to shape the future of strategic marketing in the UK & Ireland? We're looking for a visionary leader to drive growth, lead go-to-market excellence, and champion innovation across market segments and channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing segments, including pricing, product positioning, and promotional tactics


• Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize strategic growth opportunities aligned with business goals


• Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and portfolio optimization initiatives in collaboration with integrated marketing and demand generation teams


• Create and manage project tools -charters, roadmaps, risk assessments, and scorecards—to track progress and impact


• Produce strategic marketing assets such as battlecards, solution guides, and persona-driven resources to support sales and market engagement


• Conduct market research using tools like PowerBI and Nielsen to uncover new opportunities and inform segmentation strategies


• Drive cross-functional collaboration across regional teams to ensure alignment and execution of growth initiatives


• Build and scale regional strategic marketing capabilities in key product and program areas


• Lead the execution of the UKI country marketing plan, ensuring local relevance and impact


• Represent UKI marketing needs on Regional and Global Committees to align strategies with local business priorities

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in strategic marketing, go-to-market planning, and ABM execution


• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration


• Expertise in market research, segmentation, and data-driven decision-making


• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Nielsen, CRM systems)


• Exceptional project management and communication skills


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment


• Experience in B2B marketing and portfolio strategy is a plus
