Handle Recruiter is seeking a B2B marketer with a love for arts, music, and culture to lead the international growth of a creative street advertising agency. This is a fantastic opportunity which will involve shaping and executing strategic marketing plans across UK, EU, and US markets, helping the sales team to reach ambitious targets while nurturing a vibrant, creative environment in London.
In this role you will: Develop and oversee the international commercial marketing strategy, working closely with leadership to drive growth and new business opportunities. Support sales with customised marketing tools, pitches, presentations and sales packages tailored to different territories. Manage localisation efforts to ensure campaigns resonate locally, adapting materials for cultural relevance. Analyse market trends, industry insights and campaign data to optimise marketing activities and KPIs. Build relationships with international partners and stakeholders to strengthen global presence.
To be successful, you will need: Proven experience managing complex B2B marketing campaigns, ideally within the media, advertising or creative sector. Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or guiding a small team. Excellent copywriting, visual awareness, and a keen eye for design and photography. Knowledge of digital tools such as Keynote, Mailchimp and WordPress. Passion for arts, music and street culture, with an adaptable, proactive approach.
