Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA LicenseesSenior Marketing Manager, EMEA Licensees role within Sony Pictures Entertainment content.OverviewThe EMEA Theatrical team oversees theatrical distribution and marketing strategy across the EMEA sub-distributors. The marketing group is responsible for planning, development, and implementation of all marketing campaigns for Sony Pictures theatrical releases within these regions, including advertising, publicity, digital, promotions and exhibitor relations, working with partners across a range of territories.What You’ll DoOversee and drive strategic marketing campaign ideas and executions on behalf of the EMEA licensee markets (25 offices) including the Middle East, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe & Africa, and lead ideation sessions with the team and licensees.Be a key point of contact for the 25 licensee offices (60 markets) and manage day-to-day communications with territories.Initiate and manage pan-regional projects strategically, such as influencer campaigns and media opportunities.Act as liaison between head office and local offices, ensuring brand guidelines are followed and that local campaign plans align with the EMEA regional strategy.Coordinate with the head office media team and media agencies to discuss territory needs, monitor budgets and local and pan-regional media plans.Collaborate with head office partnerships teams to follow global and local promotions, update territories on initiatives, and foster multi-territory and cross-promotions with Sony lines of business.Work with head office publicity teams to evaluate PR opportunities and guide markets on local festivals.Lead territory calls to advise on campaign plans based on strategy.Evaluate local campaigns to gather insights and monitor asset performance, including trailers, and assess end-of-campaign results.Produce campaign overviews for the wider business, summarising key market activations per title.Organise the EMEA conference, ad-hoc events, and screenings.Line manage the department intern, including regular check-ins and developmental KPIs.Collaborate with the intern to compile top markets’ online trailer reactions and create internal analytics reports; maintain licensee team structures and master contact lists.Understand studio processes, guide and train licensee teams.What You HaveTypically, 7+ years of marketing experience in film.Experience in one of the following regions or in an international environment is desirable: MENA, Netherlands, Scandi, Eastern Europe.Passion for the Film/TV industry with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prepare clear and creative presentations and communicate them to internal and external collaborators.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).Self-motivated team player who can also work well independently.Capable of thriving in a high-paced, dynamic environment with a can-do attitude and positive outlook.Challenger attitude; collaborative stakeholder management; flexible, with good judgment and decision-making skills.Ownership mindset to address issues and opportunities with innovative recommendations; learning agility.How We Take Care Of YouCompetitive salary with annual bonus eligibility.Comprehensive health plan options, including private medical insurance.25 days of paid annual leave plus a winter holidays week off.Extensive learning & development opportunities, including instructor-led classes and online resources.Employee Resource Groups and Sony Pictures Action for inclusion and community.Employee store with discounted Sony products and access to exclusive screenings.Interest-free season ticket loan and pension plan enrollment.Free counselling and advisory service; life Insurance and Group Income Protection Plans.Opportunities to attend social events at Sony offices in Paddington.Additional optional benefits include discounts on gym memberships, travel insurance, and other perks.
