From understanding market dynamics and building brand equity to engaging customers and supporting innovation, we ensure that OS continues to thrive and delivers exceptional value.**About the role**As Senior Marketing Manager within our Content Centre of Excellence, you’ll be a key driver of OS’s marketing vision. You’ll lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, generate demand, and showcase the value that OS delivers to the nation, customers and citizens.This is a strategic, hands-on role where your expertise in multi-channel marketing, stakeholder engagement and content led campaigns will position OS as a leader in the geospatial ecosystem.**Key responsibilities*** Strategy & Leadership: + Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with OS’s business priorities and growth ambitions.* Campaign development and execution: + Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns, from strategy and planning to execution and performance reporting. + Manage marketing activity across owned, earned and paid to maximise reach and impact. + Leverage digital platforms and multi-channel tactics to drive awareness, consideration and conversion.* Cross functional collaboration: + Partner with internal teams to create compelling, high-quality content that reflects OS’s thought leadership across our brand pillars; Location Integrity, Inspire Application and Ease of Use* Reporting & Insights + Monitor campaign KPIs and audience engagement to inform and optimise performance.* Market and competitive Insight + Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to refine messaging and positioning.* Stakeholder engagement & Partnerships + Build awareness of OS and the value of our data among key stakeholders, including industry bodies, government and commercial partners. + Develop and lead strategic partnerships which support OS’s long-term goals.**What we’re looking for**We’re seeking a strategic and creative marketing professional who brings:* A degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.* Proven success in developing and delivering data-driven marketing strategies.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.* Excellent communication skills, with experience tailoring messages for diverse audiences.* A collaborative mindset and experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.* Demonstrated ability to lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns, including budget oversight.* Confidence working with senior leaders to shape and deliver strategic marketing plans.**The Rewards**We want you to love what you do.
