Senior Marketing Executive (Part-Time) Oxford Innovation Advice – Central Marketing Team Remote-based (with monthly meetings in Melton Mowbray office) About the Role We're seeking a talented and proactive Senior Marketing Executive to join our central marketing team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of internal and external communications. This role will focus specifically on supporting the content and communications manager with content support, case study development, and digital campaigns including socials and email, helping to strengthen Oxford Innovation Advice's delivery of various business support programmes across multiple touchpoints. The successful candidate will bring creativity, organisation, and collaboration to a role that supports multiple regions, sectors and customers. Key Responsibilities Content Marketing & Storytelling Develop and deliver high-quality content across blogs, news items, case studies, reports, and branded collateral. Support the creation of marketing assets that reflect Oxford Innovation Advice's tone of voice and value proposition. Corporate Branding & Design Oversight Support the execution of Oxford Innovation Advice's corporate brand guidelines and funder guidelines across presentations, templates, and public-facing materials. Act as a brand guardian for assets, ensuring consistency and clarity across internal teams. Internal Communications Assist the Head of Marketing and wider leadership in ensuring key messages are shared effectively across the organisation. Support the planning and delivery of internal team sessions or events where marketing insight or storytelling is required. Digital marketing Proactively support the development of digital marketing campaigns via social media and email and report back on ROI. Skills and Experience Required Essential Minimum 4 years of experience in a marketing, content, or communications role. Strong copywriting and editing skills. Excellent understanding of branding and the ability to implement and monitor brand guidelines. Strong organisational and stakeholder communication skills. Proven ability to manage projects independently and juggle multiple priorities. Desirable Experience in internal communications or employer brand marketing. Experience working in a dispersed or remote team. Familiarity with the business support or SME sector. Experience using CMS platforms, email marketing tools, or basic design software. Contract Details Hours: Part-time (flexible, to be agreed at appointment) Location: Remote, with required in-person attendance at monthly team meetings in Melton Mowbray (LE13 0PB) Reports to: Head of Marketing Why Join Us?
