The Jensten Group Marketing team are looking for a bright, inquisitive, and self-starting Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing and driven Marketing Team.This is an exciting time to be joining our growing business and belong to a company that rewards and appreciates your achievements.As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will report into our driven and experienced Marketing Manager, working with our high performing and energetic Marketing team. You can be based anywhere in the UK as this is a remote position with occasional travel to your stakeholders office.The main purpose of this role is to create and deliver a full spectrum marketing service that supports the growth ambitions of The Jensten Group in hitting its business objectives.You will work with our Underwriting businesses, to create and deliver marketing plans that enable them to better communicate the products and services they provide to their key broker audiences, thus driving organic growth.You will also oversee and manage the marketing budget for your stakeholder campaigns, monitor and analyse the performance of the marketing channels, produce engaging and relevant content for the website and social media platforms, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.Some key objectives & responsibilities will include:Create and execute marketing campaigns for the brands, within agreed timescales and with the purpose of identifying new leads and attracting new customers; in order to meet the strategic marketing objectivesEngage with your stakeholders to manage projects and campaigns to ensure deadlines are metIn co-operation with the wider Marketing function, understand the core proposition to enable you to oversee campaign content creation, including design, copywriting and proofingTrack the success of campaigns, ensuring they are in budget and where appropriate making/suggesting improvementsUse your analytical skills to regularly review and understand the impact of marketing activities to build on successes and learn from failuresSpot opportunities to enhance the marketing offering to your stakeholdersShare best practice with your team and be a role model to your team membersKeep abreast of market trends across both retail and wholesale insurance spacesWhere appropriate, liaise with external agencies to assist on agreed campaignsEnsure the Group’s brand guidelines are adhered to at all timesAbout youAs our Senior Marketing Executive, you will need to be a creative thinker, have the ability to build good working relationships both internally and externally, to disseminate complex detail into simple and straightforward communications and the capability to multi task.We are looking to attract somebody with proven experience of managing B2C/B2B campaigns within the insurance space (other sectors will be considered) and the ability to understand the proposition, products and services being offered.You’ll also be or have:A strong marketing background and experience is essential, with insurance industry knowledge being beneficial.Excellent communication skills are essential, able to communicate with senior stakeholdersBe extremely organised with a strong attention to detail and inquisitive about your stakeholders business area and goals, especially regarding strategic planningHave experience of creating and delivering marketing campaigns, website development, managing online presence and creating content relevant for the client baseStrong IT skills with experience of GA4, SEO, PPC and social media platformsExperience of creating content company website, social media, email campaigns and eventsThe ability to plan and organise eventsDegree level educated and a Marketing qualificationWhen you join us,you can expecta supportive cultureandanattractive range ofrewards and benefitswhich include:Competitive salary with an annual pay review and bonus schemeFlexibility with Hybrid working options27 days annual leave (includes a day off for your birthday and another for a religious holiday of your choice) plus bank holidaysAuto enrolment into our excellent pension scheme (5% employer matched contribution)Flex-benefits- A range of flexible benefits to choose from, that are most important to youGroup Life Assurance cover- a massive X4 of salary3 months Maternity, Paternity & Adoption leave all fully paidProfessional qualification study support relevant to your role and careerPerks at work- amazing discounts on cinema tickets, meals out, luxury items etc.Holiday purchase scheme- up to 5 days annuallyAbout Us:Launched in 2018 Jensten is one of the UK's largest independent broking groups.
