As the go-to specialist for customer marketing, you'll turn data into pipeline, lead strategic B2B events, and partner closely with Account Management and Customer Success to drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.About The RoleAbout the Role:We're focused on growing revenue from our UK & ROI customer base. As the go-to specialist for customer marketing, you'll turn data into pipeline, lead strategic B2B events, and partner closely with Account Management and Customer Success to drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.Please note that this role will be required to visit our Peterborough Office twice per week.Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline & Revenue Generation: Deliver quarterly SAL, SQL, and revenue targets through always-on campaigns (email, paid social, webinars, nurtures).Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute 8-10 high-impact virtual and in-person events annually, managing agencies, budgets, and ROI tracking.Customer Insights & Segmentation: Leverage HubSpot and NetSuite data to identify churn risk and expansion opportunities. Optimise targeting through test-and-learn strategies.Stakeholder Alignment: Lead weekly growth huddles with Account Management and CS. Present campaign insights to leadership monthly.Process & Tech Excellence: Maintain spotless data hygiene and precise funnel tracking in HubSpot/Netsuite. Pilot new martech (intent data, conversational ABM, event tech), to keep us ahead of the curve.Skills & ExperienceEssential Skills & Behaviours:3-5 years' B2B marketing experience focused on customer demand generation and pipeline growthProficiency with HubSpot (or Marketo), NetSuite, and digital marketing platformsProven success in planning and measuring ROI of B2B events end-to-end, with data backed optimisationStrong ABM skills: account selection, personalised nurtures, and intent-based targetingAnalytical mindset with dashboard/reporting expertiseStrategic thinker with a hands-on execution style and a collaborative, data-driven approachCritical CompetenciesBachelor's in Marketing, Business, or 3+ years B2B marketing experience, with a focus on customer demand generationProven success in growing pipeline and revenue within existing customer basesTechnical SkillsProficient in marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (preferably NetSuite or HubSpot)Skilled in digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads)Core CompetenciesSelf-motivated, proactive, and deadline-drivenCreative and experimental problem-solverStrategic thinker with hands-on execution abilityStrong cross-functional collaborator and influencerGrowth mindset with a desire to mentor and learnPreferredExperience in SaaS/tech industryFamiliarity with key marketing metrics and KPIsExcellent project management and prioritisation skillsBenefits & cultureAt Zellis we create market-leading HR & Payroll products and services, to power exceptional employee experiences so that you and your people do better.
