Vanrath is excited to collaborate with a long-term client in Newtownabbey / Mallusk that is seeking to add a Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager to the team.

Monday - Friday role (8am - 4pm OR 9am-5pm, also happy to consider slightly reduced hours)

Working from home Friday.

Salary
~£30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) + up to 20% bonus.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to play a key role in shaping and delivering a dynamic marketing strategy that supports business growth across Ireland, Mainland Europe, and the US.

This is a fast-paced role that will suit someone who thrives on variety, can juggle multiple projects at once, and is comfortable working in a service-focused, international environment. We\'re looking for a proactive, energetic individual who is skilled at building brand presence and profile on a global stage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, closely aligned with sales activities.
  • Create engaging content for a range of platforms including websites, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, press releases, and social media.
  • Manage and update the company website to ensure content is fresh, relevant and impactful.
  • Build and maintain a strong presence across social media and professional networks.
  • Support new business generation through lead nurturing and targeted campaigns.
  • Draft thought leadership content and coordinate opportunities for events and speaking engagements.
  • Identify and evaluate sponsorships, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and business development.
  • Develop and maintain content libraries for bids, proposals, and tenders.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activity.
  • Organise and attend events such as recruitment fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking opportunities.
  • Contribute to brand-building initiatives aimed at enhancing both client and candidate engagement.
  • Support with recruitment marketing activities including creative job advertising and campaign management.
  • Assist with marketing budget monitoring and reporting.
  • Carry out additional marketing and administrative tasks as required.

The Person

  • Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in an international service-based environment.
  • Strong IT and digital skills, with a proven ability to manage online campaigns and platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Dynamic, resourceful, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Desirable

  • Experience in sectors such as Construction, Engineering, or Recruitment would be advantageous
