The Role
Reporting into the Head of Marketing the Senior Marketing Executive plays a key role in planning and delivering campaigns that drive brand awareness, footfall and bookings. You’ll balance national level digital marketing with hands-on support for individual venues across a range of on and offline channels.
Senior Marketing Executive - Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, print, social and in-venue marketing

Create engaging content for social media, email and website platforms

Manage paid social and PPC activity to drive bookings and awareness

Work closely with local site managers to support location-specific promotions

Collaborate with design and external partners to produce marketing assets

Track campaign performance and report on KPIs

Support with PR, events, and influencer outreach when required
About You

Proven experience in a multi-channel marketing role, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or retail

Strong digital knowledge including social, email marketing, and basic SEO/PPC

Confident copywriter with a creative eye and attention to detail

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

A great communicator with both internal teams and external stakeholders
The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
