Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Customer Journey, our Senior Marketing Executive - Customer Experience will join the team responsible for our industry-leading approach to Customer Experience, Branding, Customer Insights and In-flight Marketing.

In this highly demanding and exciting role, you’ll have a direct impact on brand awareness, commercial success and customer retention, helping to ensure every Jet2.com and Jet2holidays customer enjoys a VIP experience. There’s huge variety and an opportunity to learn within this role and it will offer the opportunity to build your own personal portfolio of projects. The role offers great breadth and you’ll engage in projects with colleagues in Social Media, Email Design, Web, CSAT Analysis, Our Creative Studio and more.
