Zapp partners with some of the world’s leading brands to deliver an exclusive range of hand-picked products 24/7, delivered in minutes.Here’s What You’d Be DoingManage the execution of the CRM activities across all channels (email, push notifications, in-app experiences).Support the Senior Marketing Manager in planning, developing, and optimising data-driven lifecycle messages to enhance personalisation and improve the in-app experience.Collaborate closely with category management, commercial, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and seasonal communications.work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop Zapp’s CRM calendar, translating the marketing strategy into actionable campaigns.
