OverviewSenior Marketing Executive ACA Delivery role at ICAEW, Milton Keynes. 10-month FTC, Full Time 35 hours per week. Up to £38,000 per annum pro rata. Focused on evolving and communicating the ACA qualification, supporting the rollout and ensuring clear messaging to audiences.Senior Marketing Executive ResponsibilitiesWorking with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop strategic communications, positioning and messaging for the revised ACA qualification and ongoing channels during rollout.Manage day-to-day communications delivery, including agency liaison, feedback collection and trafficking of work to completion.Identify innovative ways to communicate about the ACA to existing audiences, create bold campaigns to leverage the ACA evolution, attract more employers, increase training contracts, and entice prospective students.Develop internally produced assets (email, social media) and oversee agency development of other assets.Measure, report and analyse activity to produce evaluation insights for future activity.Act as a go-to person for developments related to the project and ensure brand consistency.Prepare and deliver tactical communications and marketing elements (email, social cards, web updates, video, presentations, webinars).Collaborate with Student Attraction and Marketing team to ensure messaging updates are understood and acted upon within timelines.Work with the Marketing Executive - ACA Delivery on a day-to-day basis.Other duties as required by business needs.Senior Marketing Executive Candidate ProfileExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to prepare, execute, and measure the effectiveness of project plans.Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent written English and copywriting skills; proofreading ability.Desirable but not essentialExperience in student recruitment or the education sector.Knowledge of professional services / membership organisations.Degree level education.Why work at ICAEW as Senior Marketing Executive?Our environment is friendly and supportive; we value diversity and treat everyone with respect.
