Senior Marketing Event Project Manager SaaS Contract length: 12 months Salary: £101,000 per year Location: London 3 days per week We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Event Project Manager to join a Global Strategic Delivery Office, leading the end-to-end coordination and delivery of large-scale corporate, executive, industry, and third-party events. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional marketing and creative teams to deliver seamless, impactful events that align with strategic objectives. You’ll manage planning, execution, and post-event review while ensuring exceptional quality, strong collaboration, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of high-profile events, from scope definition through delivery. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Run cross-functional status meetings, track progress, and resolve issues. Partner with creative, digital, and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency. Oversee onsite and virtual event requirements, including logistics, collateral, and branding. Conduct post-event reviews to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills 7+ years project management experience, ideally within events or marketing. Strong background in large-scale event management. Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools (Workfront, Smartsheet, MS Project).
