Senior Marketing Effectiveness Manager

New Today

Job Description

Competitive salary | Hybrid – London | FTC Maternity Cover

This is an opportunity to lead one of the UK’s most high-profile marketing analytics functions — overseeing the measurement and optimisation of a £150m+ annual marketing budget for a brand that touches millions every week.

You’ll join a global organisation with a mission-driven purpose: raising hundreds of millions for good causes each year, and with a clear ambition to double that over the next decade.

The Opportunity

As Senior Marketing Effectiveness Manager, you’ll lead a team of four econometricians, partnering closely with marketing, finance, and C-suite stakeholders to connect data-driven insights to commercial decisions. You’ll steer the marketing analytics roadmap, enhance measurement capabilities, and ensure that econometrics outputs are not just technically robust but strategically impactful.

This is a rare role where analytics sits at the heart of big-budget decisions — and where your work will directly influence how one of the UK’s largest marketing spends is invested.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead quarterly econometrics process, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable outputs
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to optimise marketing investment across channels
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing analytics team
  • Work with agencies to align marketing performance narratives
  • Drive delivery of the marketing analytics roadmap, commissioning tools and assessing their value
  • Lead ad hoc analytics projects to inform brand, participation, and demographic strategies

What They’re Looking For

  • People leadership experience
  • Skilled in marketing analytics projects
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders up to C-suite
  • Hands-on skills with SQL, Python, or R

Why This Role?

  • Lead marketing analytics for one of the UK’s largest ad spends
  • High visibility with senior stakeholders
  • Purpose-driven organisation with clear growth goals
  • Opportunity to shape strategy, not just report on it

If you’re motivated by using analytics to influence multi-million-pound decisions — and want your work to have impact both commercially and for good causes — this is a standout FTC opportunity.
