We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to join The Skincare Farmers, the team behind two fast-growing, purpose-led brands:BAZ & CO – natural British skincare for menClara’s Corner – organic baby care in home-compostable packagingThis is a part-time role (5 hours/day, 25 hours/week), perfect for someone with strong experience in e-commerce, email marketing (Klaviyo), and brand partnerships — and a passion for premium, sustainable products.What You’ll Do:Own the Shopify store experience across both brands: merchandising, launches, customer journeyManage and grow our CRM via Klaviyo – flows, campaigns, segmentation, testingCollaborate with our Amazon agency – ensure listings, creative and campaigns align with our DTC strategyLead and deliver 360 campaigns across email, site, organic social and contentIdentify and activate brand partnerships – parenting, wellness, lifestylePlan and support product launches, limited edition drops, and seasonal campaignsWhat We’re Looking For:3+ years of marketing/e-commerce experience in FMCG, beauty or premium consumer brandsStrong Shopify and Klaviyo knowledgeStrategic thinker with hands-on delivery skillsUnderstanding of Amazon, even if day-to-day is agency-ledConfident managing external partners and agenciesFlexible, organised, and excited to grow with small but fast-moving brands #J-18808-Ljbffr
