What They’re Looking For Proven agency-side MMM experience (essential) Strong background in building and interpreting econometric models 4+ years’ experience for Senior Consultant level R skills not required, but familiarity would be beneficial (models run in Excel with R syntax) Confident communicator, comfortable presenting insights directly to clients
