The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing & Brand Lead to own and lead the entire marketing function at LKN — building famous food brands and turning them into commercial powerhouses. This role blends creativity with commercial firepower: you’ll set the strategy, lead the team, manage budgets, grow brand visibility, and deliver measurable revenue growth across delivery, onsite, B2B, and D2C channels.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Marketing Function

  • Own and lead the entire marketing & brand pod at LKN.
  • Set the vision, structure, and strategy for the team.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire the team to deliver world-class brand, digital, and performance marketing.

Brand Strategy & Campaigns

  • Build and scale consumer-facing brands that become famous and distinctive.
  • Deliver national campaigns and activations that balance awareness with commercial results.
  • Create best-in-class assets across digital, print, and in-store touchpoints.
  • Grow LKN’s visibility and reputation in the UK food industry.

Social & Digital Campaigns

  • Create and deliver social-first campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and brand love.
  • Develop the strategy and assets to grow LKN’s own social channels and digital presence.
  • Use performance data to optimise campaigns across paid, organic, and owned channels.
  • Experiment with new formats and platforms to keep LKN ahead in the digital space.

Commercial & Performance Marketing

  • Own the marketing, promo, and advertising budgets, ensuring every pound delivers maximum ROI.
  • Drive delivery growth through promos, visibility, and menu optimisation on aggregators like Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat.
  • Build frameworks to measure ROI, sales lift, and margin impact across campaigns.
  • Develop inbound lead generation strategies that attract operators and partners.
  • Grow customer acquisition and retention across delivery, onsite, and partner channels.

B2B & D2C Growth

  • Shape marketing strategies that deliver value across both operator (B2B) and consumer (D2C) audiences.
  • Partner with Sales and Ops to ensure marketing generates tangible leads and measurable growth.

Insight, Innovation & Tools

  • Translate market data, consumer trends, and performance metrics into growth strategies.
  • Leverage AI and tech tools to sharpen targeting, personalisation, and efficiency.
  • Test new channels and approaches to keep LKN ahead of the curve.


About You

You’ll thrive in this role if:

✅ You’ve got 7+ years in senior marketing/brand roles, ideally in food delivery, QSR, or hospitality.

✅ You know how to build brands people love and prove their impact in hard numbers.

✅ You’ve led B2B and D2C marketing strategies and know how to switch gears between them.

✅ You can design and execute inbound lead generation strategies that deliver real results.

✅ You’re fluent in performance marketing and delivery platform metrics — promos, visibility, menu optimisation.

✅ You have hands-on experience managing aggregator marketing and budgets (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat) to maximise visibility and ROI.

✅ You know how to deliver high-impact digital campaigns across social, paid, and owned channels.

✅ You’ve got a strong creative eye and experience in asset creation and campaign delivery.

✅ You’re confident using AI tools and modern marketing tech to sharpen targeting and efficiency.

✅ You’re analytical, commercially obsessed, and fluent in ROI-driven decision making.

✅ Most of all — you’re passionate about food and believe brand can transform the dining experience.
