Overview

Senior Marketing and Communications Coordinator role guiding marketing and communications efforts within the organisation. This position supports brand guardianship, internal and external communications, copywriting, website updates and oversight, PR, design and data analysis. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and Communications and is based at our Paisley Head Office with hybrid-working options.

Responsibilities

• Support brand guardianship and ensure consistency of messaging across channels.
• Plan and deliver internal and external communications campaigns.
• Copywriting for various communications, including digital and print materials.
• Coordinate website updates and oversight to ensure content accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage PR activities and stakeholder relations.
• Contribute to design and data analysis to inform marketing decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, and campaign delivery.
• Strong can-do attitude, creativity, and initiative as a self-starter.
• Ability to work effectively in a purpose-driven environment.

Role Details

Work Pattern: Full-Time (36.25 hours)

Location: Paisley, Scotland. (hybrid-working)

Contract: Permanent
