About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant to take ownership of digital marketing reporting and analytics. This role will lead the development of a scalable reporting framework across all digital marketing channels, ensuring data accuracy, actionable insights, and effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop reporting infrastructure: Design and deliver dashboards and reporting systems covering paid search, social, display, email, and other digital channels.
  • Data collection & validation: Ensure consistent, accurate data collection from multiple sources; resolve discrepancies across platforms.
  • Define KPIs and metrics: Partner with senior stakeholders to align metrics with business goals, ensuring reports focus on impact.
  • Data analysis & insight generation: Analyse campaign performance, channel efficiency, acquisition costs, and funnel conversion to provide recommendations.
  • Automation: Build scalable reporting processes using Tableau (preferred) or equivalent tools (Metabase, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Looker).
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with digital marketing, sales, and finance teams to support evolving reporting needs.
  • Ad-hoc analysis: Deliver insights on marketing experiments, sales funnel dynamics, and competitive trends.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in data analysis within digital marketing or eCommerce.
  • Strong experience with Tableau (preferred).
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • Experience building/managing pipelines in BigQuery or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM systems).
  • Proven track record of building reporting and analytics frameworks from scratch.
  • Intermediate level Python – to build cloud functions and support on ML projects.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with attribution models and multi-touch attribution.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing principles and tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
  • Exposure to ML applications in marketing (e.g., scoring, modelling).
