SENIOR MARKETING ANALYST (CRM)

HYBRID – WATFORD (3 DAYS PER WEEK IN OFFICE)

SALARY – UP TO £60,000 + 10% BONUS

THE ROLE

As a Senior CRM Analyst, you will:

  • Build and segment audiences for multi-channel campaigns (email, push, app, web, paid social, personalisation).
  • Analyse campaign performance across channels, measuring effectiveness and ROI.
  • Create dashboards and reporting in Power BI to track KPIs and optimise campaigns.
  • Work closely with operations teams to deliver end-to-end CRM campaigns.
  • Support personalisation and automation strategies.
  • Lead ownership of campaign streams, including major promotional campaigns and new product launches.
  • Contribute to ongoing CRM transformation projects, including new capability implementation.


YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in CRM/Marketing analytics, with an understanding of campaign targeting, or decisioning.
  • Strong SQL skills for audience building and campaign analysis.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar CRM platforms) preferred.
  • Proven track record in analysing campaign performance and delivering actionable recommendations.
  • Exposure to multi-channel CRM activity across email, app, and digital channels.
  • Background in consumer-facing industries such as retail, gaming, or FMCG is advantageous.
