The Company

A truly unique opportunity to join a mission-led global organisation combining conservation and luxury travel. This company is transforming how travellers engage with nature - while safeguarding biodiversity and empowering local communities. Analytics sits at the heart of this ongoing transformation.

The Role

As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for building and scaling the marketing analytics function from scratch. Sitting within the London team, you’ll work with senior stakeholders to define KPIs, develop dashboards, and turn complex data into actionable insights that drive growth across channels (paid & organic search, social, email).

You’ll own the analytics roadmap – from data engineering and pipeline management to advanced analytics like media mix modelling and lead scoring improvements. This is your chance to have a direct, visible impact on the company’s commercial performance and conservation mission.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing and building a new reporting infrastructure across digital marketing channels
  • Defining and tracking KPIs aligned with business goals
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and finance to ensure clean, accurate data
  • Producing deep-dive analyses on campaign performance and customer acquisition costs
  • Automating dashboards using Tableau (or similar tools) and BigQuery
  • Driving forward data science initiatives such as media mix modelling, lead scoring, and session scoring

Your Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years’ experience in data analysis within a digital marketing or eCommerce environment
  • Track record of building analytics and reporting frameworks from scratch
  • Proficiency in Tableau (or Metabase, Power BI, Looker, Google Data Studio)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Python (cloud functions / ML projects)
  • Excellent stakeholder skills - able to communicate insights to technical & non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with attribution modelling, AB testing, and pipeline management in BigQuery / AWS

What’s On Offer

  • Up to £90,000 base salary + benefits
  • The chance to build and shape an analytics function at a mission-led, high-growth business
  • Exposure to cutting-edge projects across data engineering, BI, and data science
