Senior Marketing Analyst
Salary: £75,000 - £90,000
Location: Hybrid (2 days/week in London Bridge)

We're working with a global business in the luxury travel sector that is scaling rapidly and investing heavily in digital growth. They're looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their London team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their digital performance.

As Senior Marketing Analyst, you'll be the bridge between marketing data and commercial outcomes. You'll design scalable reporting systems, define key metrics, and generate insights that guide marketing and sales teams. Expect a mix of technical build, analytical deep-dives, and business-facing storytelling.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building dashboards and reporting tools to track marketing channel performance.

• Ensuring data consistency across analytics, CRM, and media platforms.

• Partnering with stakeholders to define KPIs and align analytics with business goals.

• Delivering insights on conversion funnels, ROI, and customer acquisition.

• Supporting sales teams with data-led lead prioritisation.

• Contributing to projects such as attribution, media mix modelling, and lifetime value analysis.
  
  

You're a commercially minded analyst who thrives on turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. You'll be comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, and happy collaborating across digital, sales, and leadership teams.

Essential skills:

• Advanced SQL.

• Experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools).

• Strong GA4 knowledge.

• Proven track record in digital marketing analytics (e.g. Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Email).

Preferred skills:

• Python and/or modelling experience (MMM, attribution).

• Background in customer segmentation, funnel analysis, or ROI optimisation.
