Senior Marketing Analyst

to join their data team. This is a high-impact role, working closely with Marketing, Customer, and Product teams to turn data into actionable insights, optimise campaigns, and drive business growth. You'll be responsible for understanding customer behaviour across web and mobile platforms, analysing performance, and shaping personalised experiences that increase engagement and retention. The role offers autonomy, exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines, and the opportunity to make real commercial impact. Role & Responsibilities: Analyse customer behaviour and marketing performance to uncover insights that influence strategy. Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools. Lead test-and-learn initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing and pre/post campaign and test analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, track results, and identify areas for optimisation. Support forecasting and budgeting with data-driven recommendations. Ensure digital campaigns meet cookie compliance and data privacy standards. Work with analytics and tracking platforms to maintain accurate, actionable data. Skills & Experience: Experience in a Data Analyst role with a marketing, growth, customer and/or subscription focus. Strong SQL skills, able to explore, transform, and validate complex datasets independently. Experience with web and mobile analytics tools such as GA4 and Firebase. Skilled in A/B, multivariate testing. Confident creating dashboards and visualisations in PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker. Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation. Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence stakeholders across teams. Knowledge of mobile measurement platforms is desirable, not essential.
