This role will be instrumental in advancing our shift and ensuring our strategy is optimised, measurable, and scalable.This role requires a strategic thinker and strong operator; someone who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and brings both analytical rigor and creative thinking.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, optimise, and scale strategies that align with targets.Design and execute integrated, global multi-channel campaigns.Adapt global campaigns and messaging to local market conditions.Partner closely with teams to ensure activity aligns with positioning and go-to-market strategy.Work together with teams to ensure campaign alignment and message consistency.Establish feedback loops to continuously improve quality and conversion outcomes.Track and analyse performance and ROI using a data-driven approach.Act as an evangelist, championing best practices and driving a test-and-learn culture.Collaborate with teams to ensure strategy aligns with product launches and company growth priorities.Own and manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation to maximise impact.Maintain a high-level of fluency with technologies, including CRM and marketing automation.Lead and mentor team members or external partners, fostering a collaborative environment.Skills, Knowledge, and ExpertiseProven experience in a role, ideally within a SaaS or technology organisation, with proven impact on growth.Deep understanding of frameworks, full-funnel marketing, and growth levers.Demonstrated success in running integrated campaigns across international regions.Analytically driven, with expertise in defining and measuring KPIs, campaign attribution, and ROI.Experienced with marketing and sales technology stacks, including CRM and automation platforms.Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.A growth mindset with a passion for innovation, testing, and continuous improvement.Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive.At Exclaimer, we’re proud to offer a benefits package that reflects our commitment to supporting you professionally, personally, and wherever life takes you.
