LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) Marketing Science & Technology teams are searching for a passionate and inspirational senior leader for our regional EMEA & LATAM team. This strategic business leader will advance commercially focused marketing analytics and customer insights advisory capabilities in the region and beyond, working closely with Marketing Science & Technology leaders across regions, and internal sales, marketing, and other cross‑functional partners. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Inspire and manage a high‑performing team. Identify growth opportunities, build a leadership bench, and nurture future leaders. Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging aligned with LinkedIn’s values. Strategic Execution Lead the strategic execution of LMS Marketing Science & Technology roadmaps. Develop and scale programs, products, and tools that fuel LMS business growth and client outcomes. Drive alignment with commercial priorities across Sales, Product, and Marketing. Measurement & Methodology Champion B2B measurement approaches and products. Push clients to adopt learning agendas that improve marketing effectiveness. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain relationships with executive‑level marketers and C‑suite leaders. Represent the Marketing Science & Technology team at senior client meetings and industry events. Drive strategic partnerships with key sales leadership and cross‑functional teams. Innovation & Enablement Pilot new methodologies and initiatives that shape B2B marketing’s future. Advance adoption of Marketing Science & Technology solutions through enablement and education. Collaborate with data engineering and tools teams to evolve data foundations. Qualifications Basic Requirements 12+ years working in the marketing/advertising industry with working knowledge of quantitative marketing analytics and large data sets. 6+ years of people management experience. Degree in a quantitative discipline (Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, etc.). Preferred Qualifications Passion for developing high‑performing teams and creating transformational career opportunities. A strategic thinker with excellent business judgment, strong solutions, and very strong analytical skills. Expertise in marketing methods, advertising, marketing technology and marketing intelligence or business consulting – preferably in B2B. Demonstrated excellence in data analytics with experience managing analytical and quantitative teams. Expertise and knowledge of quantitative research, advanced analytics, predictive modelling techniques and marketing analytics methodologies. Ability to establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence colleagues to effectively contribute to and lead cross‑functional teams responsible for advancing strategic initiatives. Strong commercial and customer success orientation, with proven track record developing intelligence solutions and advisory capabilities aligned to commercial outcomes. Excellent communication, presentation skills and experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing senior leadership.
